Infinite Soccer was founded back in 2016 with one goal in mind: giving our athletes the best, most rewarding soccer training experience.

Some push players to shoot for the mountains, but we prefer to help them reach for the stars. And, along the way, we can help you reach those milestone goals. The ECNL team. A varsity starter. A D1 college. Those are all great goals, but our sights are focused on endless possibility.
Infinite Soccer is located in Farmington, MN, but we work with players all over Minnesota and surrounding states. Our skilled team members hold several coaching licenses and have many connections with the local and professional soccer community. Their passion is to help players achieve their goals through personal and small group training, game analysis, and a better understanding of the professional scouting process.

Our goal begins with helping families and players gain an understanding of the pathway to professional and collegiate play, the resources necessary to achieve the highest level possible for the individual and the education needed to be confident in their decisions.

Mastering the First Touch:
We focus on building players with a dynamic and precise first touch. Using either foot, players will learn to control the ball with accuracy, placing it in positions to play quickly and effectively. This critical skill is emphasized in every session and reinforced with focused preparation between sessions.

Developing Accuracy and Power:
Players are trained to use multiple surfaces of both feet for controlling, passing, and shooting. Precision and strength are developed through repetition and deliberate coaching, ensuring players can execute under pressure during matches.

Unstoppable 1v1 Moves and Translation to Skills:
Confidence in one-on-one situations is a cornerstone of our training. Players are taught to take on defenders with skill and composure, maintain possession under intense defensive pressure, and defend effectively in one-on-one duels. Each session incorporates individual drills that foster creativity, resilience, and confidence for moments that often define the outcome of a match.

Small-Sided Mastery (2v1 to 4v3):
Understanding and excelling in small-group scenarios forms the foundation of effective team play. Our training sharpens decision-making and execution in these critical moments to ensure players make the most of every opportunity. It’s skill training that is integrated in our small-sided mastery and creates players capable of winning in numbers-down situations.

Building Soccer IQ Through Great Habits:
We instill the habits of great players by drawing inspiration from the likes of Messi, Ronaldinho, Pele, Manuel Neuer and many other masters of the game. Learning from the very best helps to instill those small but essential actions that enhance a player’s sense of the game and elevate their overall performance on the field.

Competing with Purpose:
Our players are taught to embrace the competitive process, learning to give maximum effort at practice and games to better themselves and inspire their teammates. Through competition, they develop the grit and determination that leads to long-term success.
Meet the Team
THOMAS MACMILLAN
Owner and Program Director
Thomas, with the support of his wonderful wife, has been coaching for almost 15 years with a mix of Club, High School, and Individual Training experience. Holding his National B License, e has coached both boys and girls, coaching within the girls GA and boys NPL levels.

He has increased his focus towards his individual and small group training, helping dozens of youth players go from NPL to ECNL and GA, and has trained 2 current professional players, with one hopeful 16-year-old currently involved at the MLS Next level!
NUUKELE GBOE
Pro Player and Private Coach
Nuukele currently plays in Africa during the spring, but offers a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in our summer and winter training. His goal is to create well-rounded and brilliant athletes to help them succeed on and off the field.
ALEX GIDDINGS
Goalkeeper Coach
Since joining our team Alex has shown to be a reliable and enthusiastic coach. Working hard to create elite level goal keepers at a young age Alex hopes to help individuals achieve their dreams of being collegiate and professional goal keepers.
HARRISON HEATH
Pro Scout and Digital Instructor
Harrison has a background deep in professional sports. Having been a part of the Premier League Academy program at Norwich City, after which he played in the MLS starting at Orlando City in 2012 and ending his career at Miami FC in 2020. He went on to become a scout at MNUFC and finally following his father's footsteps in becoming a coach.
His hope is to create a clear path for the parents and players he works with to enter the MLS pathway with confidence and understanding.
